CNC 3D Printer Mech Endstop Switch

The CNC 3D Printer Mech Endstop Switch employs a lever switch mechanism to detect activation, wired to pull the signal to LOW upon activation. A built-in LED illuminates when the switch is engaged. It features a standard 4-pin 100″ pitch header and is compatible with a standard CD-ROM audio connector cable.

This mechanical endstop provides a straightforward solution for detecting when an X/Y/Z stage reaches its minimum or maximum position. By placing the switch in the path of the stage, it is activated when the stage makes contact. No complicated light beam interruption or additional modifications to the stage are necessary.

Rest assured, reliability is not a concern. The switches used are rated for 1 million operations before failure. Since they are only triggered once per print, you can expect to achieve one million prints before needing to replace the switch.
