The Espruino Pico is a small microcontroller board that utilizes JavaScript for easy control of real-world electronics. Unlike other microcontrollers, it does not require a computer connection. Programming can be done using a serial terminal program or an IDE within the Chrome Web browser. The IDE features a syntax highlighted editor and a graphical programming language.
After uploading your code, you have the ability to inspect and modify variables, including functions, while your program is running. Even if you need to make changes to your creation a year later, the original code is still accessible.
