The Frosted Heated Bed Sticker Build Plate Tape described measures 220 x 220 x 0.5mm and features adhesive backing for easy application onto a 3D printer’s heatbed. Crafted from a special rough PC chip material, this heatbed sticker serves a dual purpose: preventing the warping of 3D printing models’ edges while maintaining a smooth printing surface.
Utilizing co-extrusion molding, the PC chip ensures insulation, environmental friendliness, and pollution-free heating. Its coarse thread composition incorporates numerous small surface holes, effectively enhancing the cooling efficiency of 3D filament and minimizing curling edges during the printing process.
The sturdy construction of this heatbed sticker enables versatile usage with various filament materials, whether identical or different. Its single-board design facilitates swift installation, while its minimal bubble formation, compared to traditional tapes, enhances user convenience. Overall, its user-friendly attributes make it an easily deployable solution for 3D printing applications.
How to use:
There are 2 methods to attaching the build surface on heatbed:
1. Clamp the build surface to the print bed using binder clips(at least 3 clips).
2. Torn off adhesive tape on the back and stick it on heatbed.
