This is 6-12VDC Mini Microphone Pickup Aerial Audio Signal Collection For Camera FPV QAV250 mini Quadcopter. The Mic is easily installed and only weighs a gram. Like your FPV camera, it is also wired to your FPV transmitter. Note that your FPV transmitter must have an audio input. Alternatively, most of the FPV transmitters have a microphone built-in, however, the audio quality isn’t as good as running a dedicated microphone like this one.
A microphone might sound like a pointless add-on to many, but there are benefits to be had from having a live audio feed coming back from your FPV drone as well as the video. Sound yields a surprising amount of feedback; it is one of our great senses after all.
