Our 60mm Double Aluminium Omni Wheel offers unparalleled omnidirectional movement for your application or robot. With a compact design and a loading capacity of 3kg, this wheel is equipped with six aluminum plates arranged in pairs of three.

Featuring rubber rollers along its circumference, our Omni Wheel minimizes slipping during sideways movement and reduces friction for smoother operation. Each roller is equipped with two bearings to ensure seamless movement in any direction.

Unlike conventional wheels that provide only forward and backward movement, our Omni Wheel offers greater degrees of freedom. It enables easy 360° movement, allowing for rotational and sideways maneuverability.

The key to its omnidirectional capability lies in the arrangement of small rollers along the wheel circumference. Positioned perpendicular to the main wheel’s rotational axis, these rollers enable the wheel to rotate freely around itself in addition to moving forward and backward. This innovative design transforms conventional robots from non-holonomic to holonomic, offering enhanced maneuverability and versatility.
