The Arduino GIGA Display Shield (referred to as GIGA Display Shield) is a convenient way to add a touchscreen display with orientation detection to your Arduino GIGA R1 WiFi (referred to as GIGA R1 WiFi) board. This shield supports easy integration of an external touch display and includes several useful peripherals.
For Human-Machine Interface systems, the GIGA Display Shield can be combined with a GIGA R1 WiFi board to facilitate rapid development. The included gyroscope enables easy orientation detection, adjusting the visual elements accordingly.
In interaction design prototyping, the GIGA Display Shield allows for quick exploration of novel interaction concepts, enabling the development of new ways to communicate with technology, such as social robots that respond to sound.
For voice assistant applications, the included microphone, paired with the edge computing power of the GIGA R1 WiFi, supports voice automation with visual feedback.
