DC-DC XL4015 Adjustable Stepdown Module 5A 75W with 4 Bits Digital Display Voltmeter

This product is a 180 kHz fixed frequency PWM buck (step-down) DC/DC module designed to drive a 5A load efficiently while maintaining low ripple and excellent line and load regulation. Equipped with a built-in voltage meter, it displays both input and output voltages. Additionally, the voltage meter can be calibrated using the following method to enhance accuracy:

Voltmeter Calibration Method:

(1) Output Voltage Calibration Steps:

Step 1: Adjust the right button until the “OUT” LED lights up, indicating the output voltage on the voltmeter.

Step 2: Press and hold the right button for more than 2 seconds and then release it. The voltmeter and “OUT” LED will flash simultaneously, indicating entry into the output voltage calibration mode.

Step 3: Use the right button to increment the voltage value and the left button to decrement it. Each press of the button adjusts the voltage by one unit. Since the minimum display unit is 0.1V, multiple presses may be needed to observe a change of 0.1V, with the number of presses required depending on the current displayed voltage.

Step 4: Press and hold the right button for more than 2 seconds and then release it to exit the output voltage calibration mode. All parameters are automatically saved to facilitate power-down.

(2) Input Voltage Calibration Steps:

Step 1: Adjust the right button until the “IN” LED lights up, indicating the input voltage on the voltmeter.

Step 2: Press and hold the right button for more than 2 seconds and then release it. The voltmeter and “IN” LED will flash simultaneously, indicating entry into the input voltage calibration mode.

Step 3: Follow the same procedure as the output voltage calibration method to adjust the input voltage.

Step 4: Press and hold the right button for more than 2 seconds and then release it to exit the input voltage calibration mode. All parameters are automatically saved to facilitate power-down.
