WiFi and Bluetooth are built right into the DFRobot FireBeetle 2 Board ESP32-S3 (N16R8) AIoT Microcontroller with Camera. ESP32-S3-WROOM-1-N16R8 is the core of the high-performance main controller FireBeetle 2 ESP32-S3. For additional data storage, the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1-N16R8 has 16MB of Flash and 8MB of PSRAM. The ESP32-S3 chip’s acceleration of neural network computation and signal processing workloads makes the module a great option for many different applications, including image and speech recognition. The integrated camera interface of the FireBeetle 2 ESP32-S3 makes connecting to a camera simple. Additionally, a circuit for an isolated camera power supply is created, which lessens the chance of the camera receiving interference from other signals. An OV2640 camera with 2 megapixels, 68° field of view, and a maximum resolution of 1600*1200 is included with the board. In addition, the onboard, simple-to-connect GDI considerably reduces the hassle of wiring when employing a screen. In the meantime, the controller incorporates a power management feature that lets users switch on and off the hardware and charge a Li-ion battery.
