The Double BTS7960 43A H-Bridge High-Power Stepper Motor Driver Module is a fully integrated H-bridge designed for high-current motor drive applications. It utilizes the BTS7960 high-current half-bridge, a component within the NovalithICTM family. This module integrates a p-channel high-side MOSFET and an n-channel low-side MOSFET, along with a built-in driver IC in a single package. The inclusion of the p-channel high-side switch eliminates the need for a charge pump, reducing electromagnetic interference (EMI).
The module facilitates easy interfacing with a microcontroller through the integrated driver IC, offering logic-level inputs, current sense for diagnosis, slew rate adjustment, dead time generation, and protection features against overtemperature, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and short circuit.
