The Dual Display 10A Power Adjustable Step-Down Constant-Voltage Constant-Current Power Module comes with a calibration function to ensure accurate measurements. Follow the calibration process outlined below for precise readings:
Voltage Calibration:
1. Power off the module.
2. Hold down the “set” key.
3. Power on the module, entering the voltage calibration mode.
4. The LCD screen will start flashing.
5. Release the “set” key.
6. Press the “Set” button to increase the voltage or press the “ENT” button to decrease it until calibrated to the correct input voltage.
7. For example, if the input voltage is 12.65V, adjust the voltage to 12.65V.
8. The module will automatically save after 2 seconds.
9. Power off, and the calibration is complete.
Special Instruction:
If you find that the output voltage cannot be adjusted when you receive the module, it’s because the factory defaults the output voltage to about 20V. To resolve this:
1. Counterclockwise rotate ADJ-V potentiometer 10 laps or more until the voltage value changes.
2. Now the module can be properly adjusted.
Setting Instruction:
1. F-0 mode: Display output voltage.
2. F-1 mode: Display input voltage.
3. F-2 mode: Alternating display of input or output voltage.
Instructions:
1. Press the “SET” button to cycle through the three display modes, with the corresponding indicator on or off.
2. Press the “ENT” button to save and exit.
3. Press the ‘ENT’ button separately to switch the backlit LCD screen.
Using Instructions:
– Adjust Voltage: Under no-load conditions, adjust the “constant voltage potentiometer ADJ-V” to reach the desired output voltage.
– Adjust Current: Connect to the load, adjust the “constant current potentiometer ADJ-I” to achieve the desired output current.
Indicator Color Change Instruction:
– Charge Turn Lamp: Factory default is 0.1 times the charging current.
– During charging, the current gradually reduces, transitioning from constant current to constant voltage charging.
– When the charging current is less than 0.1A, the charging yellow indicator turns off, and the full blue indicator lights up, indicating the battery is fully charged.
