This WiFi relay module incorporates an ESP8266 WiFi module and microcontroller, enabling the transmission of serial port instructions to a smartphone application (APP) for implementation within a local area network (LAN) for wireless relay control.

Primarily designed for controlling higher voltages in projects via WiFi, this module features four relay channels capable of activating up to 250V AC and 30V DC. It facilitates device control, allowing remote operation of lights or system triggers when supplied with a signal from an ESP8266 module.

The module includes LEDs indicating its operational state, with a red LED illuminating upon power activation and signal reception on the IN pin. An audible click signifies relay activation, connecting the output pins. Control of the relay is managed through the integrated ESP8266, requiring UART configuration before full operation. Once programmed and powered, the module operates autonomously, making it suitable for Internet of Things (IoT) projects.

To utilize the module:

1. Connect a 12V/1A power adapter, with the positive and negative terminals linked to IN+ and IN- respectively.
2. Install the “ESP Touch–Demo” app on an Android mobile device. Configure the ESP-01 module’s WiFi account and password using work mode 2 for initial setup.
3. Install the “Easy TCP–20” app on the Android device, serving as a TCP transmission tool for sending relay control instructions. Input relay control instructions and associated names and contents (in HEX format) via the gray blocks in the app’s interface.

Features:

1. Transmission distance: In an open environment, the maximum stable transmission distance is 100M when the mobile phone is mounted on the WiFi module.
2. When the WiFi module and mobile phone are carried on the router at the same time, the transmission distance depends on the signal strength of the router.
3. The use of Smart config technology in the mobile phone on the APP ESP-01 WiFi module to complete the account and password configuration, configured username, and password memory function.
4. Onboard 12V, 10A//250V AC 10A//30V DC relay, which can be continuously pulled for 100 thousand times, has diode discharge protection, short response time.
5. Board mode selection and real-time working status indicator.
6. Reserved UART debug interface and STM8 SWIM program download interface.
