MLX90614ESF -BCC GY-906 The Contactless Temperature Sensor Module is an I2C-compatible infrared thermometer that may be used with Arduino or any other microcontroller. The purpose of this infrared thermometer is to sense temperature without physical contact. High precision and resolution are achieved by the MLX90614 thanks to an inbuilt 17-bit ADC and a potent DSP. It has a plethora of uses, such as movement detection and body temperature monitoring. The average temperature of every object in the 35-degree field of vision that the sensor can see is what it reports.
Note: This sensor comes with a breakout board with all of the components needed for operation and two types of pins.
Features:
- Small size, low cost.
- Mounted on a breakout board with two types of pins.
- 10k Pull-up resistors for the I2C interface with optional solder jumpers.
- Easy to integrate
- Factory calibrated in a wide temperature range
- Single and dual-zone versions
- SMBus compatible digital interface
- Customizable PWM output for continuous reading
- High accuracy of +/- 0.2°C over the wide temperature range
- Sleep mode for reduced power consumption
