Johnson Geared Motor (Grade B) 100 RPM

These “Grade B Johnson DC Motors” are well-known for their impressive performance at a lower price compared to “Grade A Quality Johnson DC Motors” (for more details on the differences, please see the note below).

This motor is a straightforward DC motor featuring a metal gearbox that drives the motor shaft, making it a mechanically commutated electric motor powered by a DC supply. Johnson Geared Motors are recognized for their compact size and significant torque-speed characteristics.

The Johnson Motor comes with a side shaft, also known as an off-centered shaft, and includes six M3 mounting holes. The motor shaft is equipped with metal bushes, making it wear-resistant. Additionally, the shaft has a hole for improved coupling.

This motor operates smoothly within a voltage range of 6 to 18 V DC, delivering 100 RPM at a 12V supply and providing a torque of 5.7 kg-cm at 100 RPM.
