The Nano R3 W/O USB Cable chipboard is a compact Arduino variant that replicates the functions of the Uno but with a smaller form factor.
This Nano R3 W/O USB Cable board is particularly useful for small projects where a limited number of pin-outs is sufficient, and the compact size is crucial for an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Featuring a cost-effective USB-Serial Chip, this Nano variant is more budget-friendly compared to those using the FTDI USB-Serial Chip found in older Nano versions.
The Nano Arduino, based on the ATmega328 (Nano R3), is a small, fully functional, and breadboard-friendly board. It shares similar capabilities with the Arduino Uno but comes in a different package. Notably, it lacks a DC power jack, using a Mini-B USB cable instead of a standard one.
Power options for the Nano include a mini-USB connection, an unregulated external power supply of 6-20V (via pin 30), or a regulated external power supply of 5V (via pin 27). The power source is automatically selected based on the highest voltage available.
With dimensions of only 43mm x 18mm, the Nano V3.0 with CH340 Chip provides 6 PWM I/O out of a total of 14 digital I/O, 8 analog inputs, a clock speed of 16MHz, and 32kB of flash memory.
Note:- CH340 chip might not work directly with some PC/Laptop, you will need some ch340 drivers.
