The Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense is an upgraded version of the original Arduino Nano. It boasts a more powerful processor, the nRF52840 from Nordic Semiconductors, which is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 CPU running at 64 MHz. This enhanced processor allows for the creation of larger programs compared to the Arduino Uno, as it has 1MB of program memory (32 times larger), and it also offers a significant increase in the number of variables as the RAM is 128 times bigger. Additionally, the main processor of the Nano 33 BLE Sense includes impressive features such as Bluetooth pairing via NFC and ultra-low power consumption modes.
In terms of size, the Nano 33 BLE Sense is the smallest available form factor for Arduino’s 3.3V AI-enabled board, measuring just 45x18mm. Despite its compact size, this board is an entirely new creation, built upon the familiar form factor of the Arduino Nano. Furthermore, it comes equipped with a range of built-in sensors.
