Connected via an I2C interface, the PCF8575 boasts 16-bit near-bi-directional input/output pins. Additionally, it incorporates an onboard 3.3V level converter circuit. Without soldering the VCC-VDD pad, the PCF8575 operates at a 3.3V level. However, soldering it results in the level aligning with VCC.
