This is the PICkit3 Debugger Programmer Emulator Controller Development board with a Pinout diagram for customer convenience. The USB connection provides enhanced stability compared to the ICD2.

The PICKIT3.5 now supports the Win7 system and features a full patch design processed through reflow soldering for increased stability and quality. It includes PIC development data, C language development tool manuals, and numerous basic PIC experiment program codes, as well as application specifications for ICD2, PICKIT3, and more.

The MPLAB PICkit 3 enables debugging and programming of PIC® and dsPIC® Flash microcontrollers at an affordable price. It utilizes the user-friendly graphical interface of the MPLAB Integrated Development Environment (IDE). The MPLAB PICkit 3 connects to the design engineer’s PC via a full-speed USB interface and interfaces with the target through a Microchip debug (RJ-11) connector, compatible with MPLAB ICD 2, MPLAB ICD 3, and MPLAB REAL ICE.
