Introducing the PWM Detector, a tool designed to accurately measure and display the pulse width and frequency of PWM signals (slide the switch to select). This detector provides precise readings and quickly updates displays, facilitating the analysis of issues with accurate positioning.
Operating within a wide range of 50-9950 microseconds, the PWM Detector is versatile enough to handle various applications. For instance, it can effectively analyze pulse widths within the range of 1000-2000 microseconds, commonly associated with remote controllers, as well as pulse widths of 500-2500 microseconds typical in robotic systems.
One notable application is the see-saw testing of remote controls, allowing users to perform tests independently without external assistance. The display indicates “NO” when no signal is detected, considering a loss of PWM signal for more than 70 seconds as an absence of signal. Additionally, the device features “+” and “-” indicators for anti-reverse connection, enhancing user convenience and safety during operation. The PWM Detector is a valuable tool for troubleshooting and analyzing PWM signals in various electronic applications.
