The ST-Link V2 Programmer for STM8 and STM32 is fully compatible with the official version, supporting automatic upgrades. It enables the full range of STM32 SWD (including SWCLK, SWDIO, and power) and STM8 SWIM (including SWIM, Reset, and power) for downloading and debugging.

This programmer is used to transfer program code to both 32-bit STM32 ARM Cortex and 8-bit STM8 microcontrollers. The header of the ST-Link V2 programmer provides connections for 5V, 3.3V, SWCLK, SWDIO, SWIM, Reset (RST/NRST), and GND. The USB connector on the opposite side is designed to be plugged into a computer for operation.
