THEJAS32 is a System-on-Chip (SoC) powered by the VEGA ET1031 Microprocessor, featuring a compact and efficient 3-stage in-order 32-bit RISC-V processor core. Designed for low-power IoT applications, this SoC enables the construction of resilient systems. Key peripherals integrated into THEJAS32 SoC include an Interrupt Controller, Timers, RAM, SPI, UART, I2C, PWM, ADC, and GPIOs capable of handling external interrupts (GPIO0-GPIO12).
