The Uno R3 CH340G ATmega328p Development Board is a cost-effective alternative to the popular Uno R3 Arduino. It features the CH340 Micro-USB to Serial converter chip instead of the Atmega16U2 chip.
This board functions seamlessly, with the CH340 chip being utilized only during programming and when using the serial output of the Micro-USB port. In regular operation, it is indistinguishable from the more expensive version without the CH340 chip.
Key modifications from the older version include:
1. Introduction of two rows of holes for pins (Male and Female), facilitating connection with standard Female Jumpers.
2. Inclusion of three additional rows of holes for wiring.
3. Transition from the DIP package of ATMEGA328P to a flat package.
4. Replacement of ATmega16U2 with CH340G.
