USB Charger Doctor (Voltmeter Ammeter)

This USB Charger Doctor is your go-to for monitoring your USB-powered projects. If something’s heating up, the Doctor’s got you covered. Just plug it in between your USB device, and it’ll show you the voltage and current draw on its digital display. Perfect for testing chargers, cables, and cell phones, this blue dongle uses a 0.05-ohm resistor to measure current draw. It works with input voltages from 3.5-7VDC (most USB devices are around 4.75 to 5.25V) and handles up to 3A of current. The display flips between voltage and current readouts every 3 seconds. A handy tool for testing USB devices, monitoring load levels, and fixing battery chargers and boost converters. It’s a bit bulkier than our USB Power Gauge Mini-Kit, but it provides more numerical data.
