VS1053 MP3 Recording Module Development Board with Onboard Recording Function

The VS1053 MP3 Recording Module Development Board is equipped with onboard recording functionality, enabling the recording and playback of various music formats. It supports OGG encoding for real-time recording, providing versatility in handling different audio formats.

In addition to its broad music format playback capabilities, the VS1053 module also supports OGG real-time encoding recording. It utilizes an SPI interface, and control signal lines are readily accessible. The module features a built-in TF SD card slot, allowing convenient storage of recorded data for playback or easy transfer of recorded MP3 files to other devices via an SD card.

The module provides two separate 3.5mm jacks for audio output and microphone input, accompanied by an onboard microphone for recording purposes. The MP3 shield incorporates a capacitor filter and a 12.288MHz crystal oscillator. The onboard power indicator light facilitates monitoring the module’s on/off status. Additionally, the module includes an onboard 3.3V and 2.5V LDO chip (AMS-1117) that provides a current of 800mA. The single power supply onboard for +5VDC ensures a constant stabilized voltage supply to the circuit.
