This is the Electronic YZC-131 3Kg Weighing Weight Scale Pressure Sensor Load Cell for kitchen applications.
This straight bar load cell, also known as a strain gauge, can convert up to 3 kg of pressure (force) into an electrical signal. The load cell measures the electrical resistance changes in response to the strain (e.g., pressure or force) applied to the bar.
With this sensor, you can determine the weight of an object, monitor changes in weight over time, or detect the presence of an object by measuring the applied strain or load. Made from an aluminum alloy, this load cell can read weights up to 3 kg.
The load cell features four lead wires, which can be connected to the HX711 A/D Pressure Sensor. It operates with a driving voltage of 5-10V and produces an output voltage proportional to the applied force, making it easy to use.
Installation:
- Fix one end of the sensor through the screw hole.
- Leave the other end in a floating state.
- Ensure the gravitational force is applied in the direction indicated by the label.
- Avoid directly pushing the white plastic cover to prevent damage.
Features:
- Capacity: Measures up to 3 kg
- Material: Aluminum alloy
- Connection: Four lead wires for HX711 A/D Pressure Sensor
- Voltage: Operates with a driving voltage of 5-10V
- Output: Produces an output voltage proportional to the applied force
Principle:
An electronic weighing machine uses a load cell to measure the load or pressure produced by the load. Most load cells, including this one, use strain gauges arranged in a Wheatstone bridge formation. When a load is applied, the resistance of the strain gauge changes, resulting in a change in the output voltage from the load cell, which can be used to measure the load value.
This load cell is ideal for creating electronic weighing systems for kitchen scales and other similar applications where accurate weight measurement is required.
