Refund and Returns Policy

Return and Replacement Guidelines

  1. If you receive a defective, damaged, or broken product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. No return or refund claims will be accepted beyond this period.
  2. If the product is not functioning, contact us with the provided testing proof. Without this proof, we cannot process return or refund claims.
  3. When a reverse pickup is arranged for defective or damaged products, a refund or replacement will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.
  4. For reverse pickups, the shipping label will be emailed to the customer. Please affix this label to the box, ensuring it includes the original packaging.
  5. Details regarding returns and any applicable warranty are provided on the product information page for each item.
  6. Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed.
  7. For prepaid orders where the customer fails to accept, receive, or return the courier, shipping and return charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount. The remaining balance will be refunded upon evaluation.
  8. If we cancel an order for any reason, a full refund will be issued to your account or card within 2 working days.
  9. If an order fails or is canceled, any deducted amount will be automatically refunded to your card or account.

Cancellation Policy

To initiate a cancellation, customers must contact us via email at (link) or through our website’s chat support before the order is shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If there are unexpected inventory shortages or shipping issues after order confirmation, the order may be canceled, and a full refund will be issued. Alternatively, you may choose another available product.

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from receipt of the product due to its sensitive nature. Requests for refunds or exchanges beyond this period will not be accepted.
