Ai-Thinker TG-12F Wi-Fi + BLE 5.0 Module

The Ai-Thinker TG-12F Wi-Fi + BLE 5.0 module is developed based on the Pingtou TG7100C WiFi+BLE chip. With a built-in 2MB Flash, it utilizes 2.4G WiFi 802.11b/g/n and BLE 5.0 baseband/MAC design, offering high performance, cost-effectiveness, and agile development capabilities. This module is ideal for low-power and high-performance applications and serves as an integrated solution directly compatible with Tmall Wizard. Its microcontroller subsystem comprises a low-power 32-bit RISC CPU, cache, and memory, controllable via the power management unit. It supports up to AES 256-bit encryption and various security features.

On the software side, it comes with pre-integrated standard firmware for direct connectivity to Tmall Elf, along with a customizable SDK for terminal products to pass Elf Magic/Elf Smart Control certification. The chip has 276 KB SRAM and 128 KB ROM.

TG-12F/01M offers a range of peripheral interfaces, including DSIO, SPI, I2C, IR remote, PWM, ADC, DAC, PIR, and GPIO.

The module incorporates hardware safety mechanisms, including a hardware encryption accelerator supporting AES 128/192/256-bit, SHA-1/224/256, true random number generator (TRNG), public key accelerator (PKA), making it suitable for various encryption applications.

TG-12F is designed with the 2.4 GHz frequency band, WiFi 802.11b/g/n, and BLE5.0, making it suitable for low power consumption and high-performance applications.
