eSun eResin-PLA Pro-Gray

Resin for Monochrome Screen Printers – eSUN’s high-precision eResin PLA Pro is specially formulated for large build volume printing. Compatible with both monochrome and color screen printers, it ensures printing without residual film or sediment, resulting in a highly successful printing rate.

Precautions:

1. Storage:
a) Store away from light and seal at room temperature.
b) Recommended storage temperature: between 15°C and 35°C in its original container.
c) Avoid dusty or moist environments.

2. Usage:
a) Shake well before use and avoid direct sunlight.
b) Keep out of reach of children and do not ingest.
c) Wear gloves to prevent direct skin contact and ensure proper ventilation.
d) In case of skin contact, wash with plenty of water immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.
e) Clean finished models with alcohol (>95%) for approximately 30 seconds.

Exposure Times:
– Bottom Exposure Time: 30-50 seconds for a layer thickness of 0.05mm; recommended setting: 40 seconds.
– Normal Exposure Time: 6-10 seconds for a layer thickness of 0.05mm; recommended setting: 7 seconds on EPAX X1 or 10 seconds on Anycubic Photon.
– Note: Exposure time is proportional to layer thickness. The provided times are for a layer thickness of 0.05mm; for a thickness of 0.1mm, the normal exposure time should be adjusted to 12-20 seconds.
