MAX30100 Pulse Oximeter Heart Rate Sensor Module

The Heart Rate Click module features Maxim’s MAX30100 integrated pulse oximetry and heart-rate sensor. This optical sensor determines heart rate and blood oxygen levels by emitting two wavelengths of light—red and infrared—from its LEDs and measuring the absorbance of pulsing blood through a photodetector. This combination of LED colors is optimized for accurate readings when used on the fingertip.
