SLAMTEC RPLiDAR A1M8 360 Degree Laser Range Finder – 6m (Radius Range)

The RPLiDAR A1M8 360-Degree Laser Range Finder is a cost-effective 2D laser scanner (LIDAR) solution developed by SLAMTEC, capable of performing 360-degree scans within a 6-meter range. The resulting 2D point cloud data is ideal for applications such as mapping, localization, and object/environment modeling.

The RPLiDAR A1 operates at a scanning frequency of 5.5 Hz, capturing 360 points per revolution, and can be configured to reach a maximum frequency of 10 Hz. Based on a laser triangulation measurement system, it performs excellently in various indoor and outdoor environments, except in direct sunlight.
